Angie Niedermeyer

Over 20 years ago, Angie started working in the insurance industry administratively entering client information into a database. That role eventually evolved into more client-facing positions where she discovered her passion for working 1:1 with clients in finding insurance solutions. Today, Angie is the Owner of TLC Senior Solutions and has dedicated herself to making this daunting time in a senior’s life a little easier. She is your advocate and guide, always striving to do the right thing, every time, for every client.

Shannon Metz

Office Manager

Shannon has worked in the insurance industry for 16 years. She started out as a part time assistant, and is now our office manager. Her duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, troubleshooting insurance claims, and making sure every new client’s application is processed perfectly.

Being a service based agency, Shannon’s role is very important to our clients. She is the friendly voice on the line when they call with a concern and the person that puts their minds at ease. Shannon keeps the office running very smoothly so we can be as efficient for our clients as possible.

She is also a licensed insurance agent. She sells insurance to people under 65, or to those who are not Medicare-eligible, so that we are able to provide insurance to people of all ages.
